If all of the above is fine... Check your gear box for play, you should know by how loose your end play in the wheel is... Then the drag link... Then tie rod ends... and finally the king pin bushings... The TM covers all.

I would suggest cleaning it up and possiable getting your hands on some hyd dye to be used at a heavy rate in the system. Spend the better part of the day checking and re checking when you add it... This will narrow down the issue... Being that your leak is static you can also try pressurizing...

Ditto on the exhaust temp... Use a thermal gun its a much cleaner route.
