    GL question here

Actually- your truck must have valid insurance AND registration to operate on post. Most folks driving a truck off post are not legally operating unless they have some sort of temporary registration from their state and insurance.

    titling your Deuce use caution

Even worse- International Title requires you to give them blanket power of attorney to do whatever they wish with any vehciles in your name!

    titling your Deuce use caution

I would advise against disputing the charge with the CC yet. How these title services work is you "sell" them the vehicle on paper (that is in the paperwork you submit), they get it registered in their name in a state that does not require a title, then they "sell" it back you you with the...

running poorly, lack of power, black smoke, at higher rpm. sluggish

If the truck was running well and then lost power, turning the fuel up isn't the answer, you need to find out what caused the lack of power. All turning the fuel up might do is mask the problem until the gets worse and gives out totally. Have you checked/cleaned the check valve on the return line?

    Money very, very well spent.

    GL question here

Tow/Haul it home. You are buying an unkown truck that you have zero clue about the operating condition of. At a minimum it sat for 3-6 months before the sale, often a year or more, with zero maintenance. During this time it is likely parts were stolen or swapped. If you are a fits time buyer...

    Sellable value for a M35A3

To the OP- there are 3 tiers of pricing: Wholesale- direct from GL price. Lowest, but buying involves the most risk and headaches. This will swing with the demand curve- high when the first trucks get sold, lower as more come out, higher as they dry up. A3's are in the low part of the curve...

    titling your Deuce use caution

NC will give you a title with a GA bill of sale AND the GA registration in the sellers name. Just a GA bill of sale is a no-go.

    titling your Deuce use caution

Who was it you got the truck from that stiffed you on the proper paperwork? If it is a company post who so others can be warned.

Info needed on NSN 6115-889-1446 Generator

Yep, good old 15.kw. 3kw is a bit optimistic, maybe just for a brief surge. They are tempermental, have a wrap cord to start, are load, and 3x as heavy as a modern genset that puts out more power. I have a couple of the 28v ones here I need to see if I can make one run...

    Is this the right cover?

An M116 can be just a frame, a flatbed with no top bows, a flatbed with top bows (that this cover would fit), a frame with a pioneer tool body mounted, or a frame with a partial flatbed, or a frame with specialized mounts......

    Going rate for 6.2's

Running 6.2's $600-900 depending on how complete and what condition. 6.5's a few hundred more for a GM one, a good bit more for a GEP one.

Need a Deuce Hauled from Atlanta to Lakeland Fl

FYI- With Gillem closing your truck may not be at Gillem anymmore once the EUC clears. CARNAC posted that they were all going to be moved to Warner Robbins soon.

    Is this the right cover?

This- or it was extended for use with a set of taller sides and bows. I had one like that for a while in my maintenance section, we built the sides up from 2 sets to make it taller and kept parts and POL in it.
