M35A3 brake issue Air hisses out master cylinder front when braking

I removed the skid plate, guess what I found? LMAO. The brake switch? is blown apart on the drivers side airpack. Guess what I happen to have on hand in my collection of stuff? At least i think that's what I have, the numbers are faded on the bag. Talk about serendipity! Thank you Lord.

M35A3 brake issue Air hisses out master cylinder front when braking

Thanks HDN, I've looked through the TM's can't seem to find any troubleshooting for this problem. Gonna have to crawl under there and remove the skid plate under the drivers side airpack to see if that's where it's coming from.

M35A3 brake issue Air hisses out master cylinder front when braking

On the A3? It felt like it was coming from the boot. Maybe it's actually coming from the airpack under the M/C?...... I'll have to crawl back under there and make sure. Thanks guys for the input.

M35A3 brake issue Air hisses out master cylinder front when braking

When I depress the brake pedal air hisses out the front of the master cylinder past the boot, when fully depressed it stops. Brakes stop the vehicle. When i release the brake pedal from a stop, it hisses air like a brake chamber on an airbrake equipped vehicle. How much of an issue is this to...

M35A3 air pack leaking from the front when depressing brake

I can't seem to find this second air pack in the TM's that directly connects to the brake pedal linkage. Is there a rebuild kit for this? When I depress the brake pedal it quickly hisses out air at the front of the pack and when I release the pedal, it's like a normal air brake equipped truck...

Good vendor for Humvee covers and doors going out of business

I hate seeing it too. Exactly what my point is. Guess it's just another product that the Chinese will realize has some commercial benefit and use low wage workers/slaves/prisoners ect to make them cheap. I wonder if the Chinese are still making humvee clones, anybody know?

Good vendor for Humvee covers and doors going out of business

They must have went downhill since I bought from them, the doors and hardware were top notch back then. Still a bummer, we're going to be left with used up old crap with decaying windows as far as doors go if we need replacements and why bother then, they'll be the same as we have. Good tops...

Good vendor for Humvee covers and doors going out of business

Okay, new to me. Bummer overall. Humvees are being phased out, guess they saw the signs and don't see the commercial potential in us.

Good vendor for Humvee covers and doors going out of business

When was that? I bought 4 doors from them I'm guessing around 2016. Wasn't aware of that fact.

Which tractors were used by the Air Force to pull nuclear missiles?

Thanks Guys I think I've come to the conclusion it must have been an Oshkosh M911 that he saw and unless it was some even further specialty vehicle he's imagining the nose was longer. Thanks for all the help and the pics, some of that stuff is awesome.

Which tractors were used by the Air Force to pull nuclear missiles?

Nope, not a cab over looks like an Oskkosh like this he said but he said the nose was even longer unless he doesn't remember it being that "short".

Which tractors were used by the Air Force to pull nuclear missiles?

My cousin recalls seeing a very very long nose air force tractor with triple axles when he worked in Princeton NJ on the tokamak site that used to pull giant magnets and stuff like that from site A to the tokamak site. I also worked there at site B for a couple weeks one summer in the early...

Anybody know where the fuel injector pump filter is on NHC250?

Excellent. Thank you Sir! That helped me find it in the TM's too.

Anybody know where the fuel injector pump filter is on NHC250?

I've looked in the TM's and searched here, but can't find the location of the filter in the fuel injector pump. I don't even see it in the parts TM. I've changed the big canister filter and geez, there was all kinds of gunk in the canister, Kuwaiti sand, orange gunk, who knows what. I want to...
