I know arb has been around for years and good people .
but has anyone contacted Yukon gear & axle ?
the Yukon zip locker is air activated and there a real good unit in the off road area these past few years . gaining a lot of the market . maybe they would do one and even be cheeper ? ? ...
search blazer / suburban and Toyota fj40 snorkel kit . few easy mods to reshape and its a 90-95% bolt on setup .
few guys over on ck5.com have done it .
we think it was over rev most likely . driver didn't know 40-45mph max . . . said it was crusing good at 55mph . m936a2 truck .
but they say engines run best just before BOOM !

friend has a reg old civi k30 with 4.56 and 38" swamper tires .
he swapped the 465 4 speed for a nv4500 and he TOTALY loves the new highway cruising ability to and from play days at local clubs and such .
stock th400/208/4.56/235/85/16 tires
@ 70mph is 3571 rpm
@ 60mph is 3060 rpm
@ 35mph is 1785 rpm
tranny swap nv4500/208/4.56/235/85/16 tires
@ 70 mph is 2535 rpm
@ 60mph is 2175 rpm
@ 35mph is 1270 rpm

gm 1ton = dana 60 front / Detroit locker rear / LOTS more parts avalible .
dodge m880 = 3/4 dana 44 front and if I recall no locking hubs uni bearing ? / lot less parts avalible just in production no's stand point .
just did a freeze plug unit on a 8.3 in a m936a2 . ya not same as yours but install the same .
drain coolent .
pic a easy freeze plug on side of engine . some engines have specific spot it fits only . not sure on 6.2 . civi truck engine I saw recently had the oem or aftermarket on the left...
no level change = pump not working .
don't know what to tell ya . time for another pump more than likely .
and you can hurt / kill a pump if to much foam in the system .
o.k.
engine off .
check fluid level .
fire up and recheck .
if no level change = no pump function
if goes down = its working .
how did you install the pulley ?
looks like my tube is tweeked as the tab wont line up to the lower bolt hole on that 2 bolt cover .
guess I know what I an going to tweek back or just make a spacer and longer bolt for .
need to figure out the mounting point of the trans dip stick tube.
someone unbolted it and I am not sure of the correct spot .

not to be rude but did you even read my post .
I said I read the set the gear to tdc with the plastic plug and bolt in the pump .
my question was how to set the pump body to cover timming that's adjustable.
almost every link you click in your search or the same way I search it is talking...
