This is what the wheels came off of. It is a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System "M142 HIMARS"

These came off of the Artillery 5 ton. It is a 6x6 flat nosed missile launcher that the Marine Corps uses. I'm not sure what the Mil-Spec number is on them though. There's only a few on Pendleton.
