i don't see why not if its a float style and a relay is providing the muscle, my old dodge uses a direct contact pair of probes and water completes the circuit, not sure if that type would pop a relay
wow sounds like it did its job well at that weight, if it slimed the side of the truck up as the tire opened and it started loosing the lube i found its reasonably water soluble when i pressure washed it out of my new 395s
should have a electric intank, can get a surplus parker replacement off ebay for about $60, probably cheaper then a good inline and likely more reliable, but not as handy for a quick fix
i was thinking of trying a lazyier way of unlocking one hub and climbing the bank behind my house again and see if it'll still pull a front wheel, it burned all 6 when i got to about 45 degrees
vacuumed the mouse turds out of the cab, installed thread inserts for the missing bolts for the tunnel covers, lubed and adjusted the springer seat and properly attached backrest on passenger seat, finished up plumbing the air for the sprag transfer caseectomy/reman air shift install and...
avm hubs installed and its fixed, i am all but sure its got a locker in the front now, when i pulled the last bolt out of the first cap it sprung forward to about the next bolt hole. hurt my shoulder on the last test drive horsing it around a corner but took it around the block anyway, i almost...
installed driveshaft and went for some seat time in the field down the street and it's fine off-road where the tires can slip, i think this was existing now that i think about it as i remember the pop pop pop occasionally on steering but the NDTs were more willing to scrub. lockout hubs are on...
sounds like what i'd be doing if the original rod has welded itself to the tube, nothing rusts quite like threaded rod so id paint the new one good to attempt to keep it from locking up again
was moving it up on the driveway and it was hard to steer then a pop and a couple small ones and it was easier, wonder if i have a spider gear issue? still haven't installed the driveshaft but the air is now plumbed to the new transfer case and it locks the front flange when switched so that's...
theres a nam era deuce looking kit on ebay right now but not sure if its complete or even desirable from a useful point of view, rustystud and hanksdeuce both have good write ups. general run down, run all vents to a regulated air source of 2-3 psi, swap plug from parking hole in bottom of...
i think i am going to have to miss the event, mom fell and broke her ankle bad and i don't want to leave her alone that long this soon after while the pain killers are still the good ones incase she has a reaction with her heart meds. juanprado i still want the tire and will try to get down at a...
just took my first trip around the block this evening and it rides nice but is a mother to steer, it seriously doesn't really wanna turn (thought i was going to smoke a street sign turning onto my street) but as road surfaces change it turns better on some, it returns to center ok. definitely...
if the tire holds air ill take it, far as i can tell the rim is not useful to a deuce or id take that too, different bolt pattern then the hutchinson mrap wheel that everybody makes adapters for
