assembled 3 out of 6 395/mraps, got the chance to play with my big torque wrench (y'all are torquing the rim nuts right :D ) ratchet strapped wheel to hitch on the burb to pull 500# on the rim nuts, buffed up o-ring surface and hit with zinc primer, weighed out all components and 100% tire 225#...
i think you could make a quick and dirty spring gauge with a trigger pull gauge like this or many others or varying scales/ranges https://www.schooloftheamericanrifle.com/s/cc_images/cache_942819355.jpg and a couple pieces of scrap
i suspect you stalled and bump started it up backwards, if you'd tried to move it would've gone the wrong direction, problem is oil pump is not pumping so this is not a good thing to explore, happens to my bobcat once in a while if i am pushing too hard and don't get off the sticks before it...
cant find the exact one i got years ago but this is the plate that is the root of the kit a popular auction site has various kits but link posting is frowned upon
i find inline 6s are usually hot on the back cylinder compared to the other 5, bmw gassers are not immune either, i punched the back freeze plug out of my 12v cummins and installed a kit that is plate with a fitting that you tee into the heater hose, helps cool down #6 for what its worth
went out and started it to see how it'd do, probably our coldest day we'll get at mid-low 20s last night, loserana winters ain't that impressive. popped off after maybe 4 seconds crank with no throttle added, not any different then my 12v cummins dodge and what i expected of a direct injected...
1 is the flame heater, that may or may not function
2 i am going to remove the 3 branch pipe that each of those hoses are connected to as thats probably less annoying then removing the intake manifold
3 make sure the turbo is not being dripped upon by the flame heater injector that lives in the...
but thats still not a m35a2 ladder, thats a van/box ladder for something like a m109a3/a4 among a few others of a similar design, those are what dominate the search results being the main users of ladders not having a tailgate to drop and provide a step
used it to deliver christmas booze to a buddy only vehicle that i've not worried about getting stuck in his gravel trap driveway other then my 4x4 suburban
thinking about aluminum bomber seats for mine, but i am 6'1" and fat so the average one aint wide enough, maybe one of these https://www.kirkeyracing.com/product/10/20900/SEAT-ALUMINUM-21-ECONOMY-20-LAYBACK-BIG-BOY with a little modification, currently i don't have a hard back on the seat just a...
how close is the D mounting pad/flange to the t3 on the holset? at the risk of polluting the lds thread with off topic. i noticed the stock turbo is slow to spool up and quick to spool down and wondered how inefficient it is being not really for power and more smoke reduction, if the D has a...
doing about 50 maybe 52 when i hit the bottom of the bridge (this deuce is a good bit peppier then the last one i drove with a whistler turbo, that turd didn't wanna make it to 50 with all fresh filters) i've had it to 55 and it didn't seem tapped out but didn't wanna push my luck as thats a big...
