There is a lightweight metal bracket pictured below. It is behind passenger seat close to the corner of the cab. For holding radio or aux. power plug perhaps?

    Operators Manual(s)

I found somewhere that TM 11-5820-401-10-1 and TM 11-5820-401-10-2 should be Operators Manual Radio Sets VRC-12 thru VRC-49. Plugged them into Logsa and got two hits only with a -HR on the end. These seem to be "Hand Receipts" manuals, just a few hundred pages of parts and pieces for various...

My ? is, what is the best TM to use for procedure and specs etc. Also, any helpful tips and tricks would be...

    Glad I bought a turbo

Had a chance to follow a non-turbo for about 35 miles today all around the area on good secondary roads with quite a few hilly portions. Power difference VERY noticable. He would be down shifting like crazy while I was holding the original gear from the bottom of the hill until I got right on...

    Airpack rebuild kits

A while ago there was someone (or several) people looking for airpack rebuild kits because the usual suppliers were out. Did anyone find a supplier and at what price. Electrical mystery

Sunday, while on a short drive to get the truck up to temp to circulate water as part of a system flush, I lost all electrical power with a pop from the battery area. Assumed it was the main battery ground so cleaned it all up and put it back together. I have power at the slave cable socket, the...

    High ambient temp/winch/grill cover

Does anyone with a grill cover/winch combo on front think that their truck is not getting enough air flow to the radiator when the ambient temps are in the mid 90's+ with just the opening of the rolled up grill cover? I'm thinking that the grill cover should be completely removed for those...
