Having been three near rollovers in a jeep, and one a tractor, the ROPS cage needs to be designed by a engneer who can sign off on it. I have thought servrl times about the chance of a rollover with these trucks. The only thing I can come up with is minmize the risk and if its going to happan it...
Pulled out a buddy's tractor w/ the winch. He was try to recover his 4 tx, got it out, bu t his tractor kept sliding into his lake. Glad he tried not fight it to long as that his lake is spand ass full from all the rain we have had. They (corp) have put anther foot on the ohio.
I am trying to set up my 06, and thought about wiring through a curret panel. I would like to to have both 3ph as well as 1ph. The panel would have the breakers for both ph"s. Has anyone done this.
Ether or not do not let it run out of fuel. I picked a MEP-006 that was drained of all fluids. It took a half a day and two of us sooked in fuel before all the air was primed out.
I would like to know this as well. As for as i know from a tractor mech they are a olvier eng made by herculies. I fiigure with good maint. they would last a long time, and not over REV.
Thank you, I wish that I was computer literate, to be of help. I still have dial up . Its like like having a hamburger and never trying a cheeseburger, you never know how much better it is.
Right now I know I 70mph the top stays on. I also now that 3tons of pea gravel looks good as for as tires and spring carry but when the hitch will not last when going over RR tracks. Thank you safety chains.
I put a winch on a non winch truck and the only thing I ran into was wthe PTO drive off of the trans.. The gear lash is set by the gasket between the PTO and the trans housing.
Hi doc still kickin clods in SW IN. Got the dump truck up and going still no winch will make the driveline have all the parts just no time till now. Will post pics as soon as I figure how.
I got my m101a2 to dump . I readjusted the wiring as earlier mentioned. I broke my Proto socket wench split a socket and finly got the bolts loose at the pivit point. I used 7/16 bolts to repin at the hold downs< but there needs to be a limit block because when the bed comes back down it goes...
I like the ideals. Its just a farmers nite were we put our tractors out of the field in a pull. I have a 3300# weight that came off a aircraft tug I thought about using in the back of the truck. For the power these trucks have if there is no weight in the back it power hops.
I have rerouted the wiring to the A frame, and loosen the bolt ( span tight )
were the piviot point is. Not dumped it yet it was a nasty day to today. The brake line has a male end than a coupling back to male were the flex would be.
