I was able to find the seal required to repair the air cylinder from MFPseals.com.
I believe the part# is PCD-500. I used a micrometer to measure my failed seal.

I drained my A3 into 5 gal buckets through petcock.
Removed lower/upper hose and T-Stat housing (replaced T-stat).
Flushed through upper hose T-Stat housing and any other orifice until clear.
Reassembled and ran just water up to temp.
Black again. Repeat til clear.
Filled with Peak FleetCharge...
Same symptoms on my A3 on Sunday. It was cold. No issues until I tried to back up.
With the Allison trans I was a bit nervous about any issue in reverse.
No doubt had plenty of power to the rear wheels.

Coolant change and filter
I thought my antifreeze/coolant was clean as it always appeared clear and green(think it was ethylene glycol) in the surge tank.
Off roading last week and put my A3 through some vigorous hill climbing and descending. Brought it into my shop for a chassis lube...
I'm still working the rattles out of mine.
As stated above, walk around the whole truck and look/feel for the origination
of the noises. Cab insulation made a big difference in mine.
They all shake a lot.

Is there a way/device available so that I can manually control my winch from outside the cab?
The pin that moves up and down to control forward and reverse is easily accessible and already has a hole.
The data plates are not legible therefore unable to offer any model#s, etc.
