CTIS deflates single tire when M923A2 shut off

So today I replaced 2 of the 3 solenoids in my CTIS and magically the system came to life. After letting it run for a while then shutting the truck off, the front axle quick release was blowing air and airing down the driver side tire. It ended up at about 20 psi or so, at which point the quick...

    My M925 showed up

Nice thing is that you can buy a NOS 3 level switch for less than you'll be able to sell your switch for on flea-bay.

    My M925 showed up

Its just a different style switch. Not all that uncommon, but they can burn out. I think many people end up swapping back to the 3 lever switch.

Meritor Wabco System Saver 1200 Plus Air Dryer on M939 trucks?

If it is a better performing unit and has a cheaper filter then I would replace the existing one.

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

I was able to get in there this morning and check the resistance on the PCU solenoid connector. A-E deflate is good at ~45. Both B-D control and A-F supply give 0.L readings so it looks like I'm in the market for 2 solenoids. From other threads on here, it looks like a Peter Paul 5C-13-K24 PPF...

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

Finger over the outlet builds up no pressure. I also stuffed some paper towel into the outlet. It doesn't get blown out. Even 5 psi would have popped it out. No air is leaving the PCU at all. The TM troubleshooting says to replace the PCU. Wet tank pressure switch is good. 120psi reaching PCU...

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

I've read through the guide. I just don't have a code reader so I don't know the error code. If the outlet from the PCU is disconnected there should be some air coming out the PCU before it goes to 5 lights, shouldn't it?

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

I have not checked the wheels yet, but if I recall I've aired them from the wheel valves before. I'll have to double check. Im fairly certain thar isnt the issue though. The system never sends any air out from the PCU. With the outlet line disconnected, no air is released. I disconnected the...

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

Well, I tested the air line to the PCU and got 120+ psi. I ran it with the output line, pressure relief, and PCU pressure sensor all disconnected, but not one bit of air come out. As soon as the dash gauges read 120+ psi, 5 lights came on. Definitely seems electrical.

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

When I put pressure in the output line the front axle valve just blows air out the duckbill. That defiantly doesn't happen with everything hooked up normally. I'm going to try putting a gauge on the input line to see what pressure is reaching it.

There is air, yes. Not sure on the pressure. What psi should be going into the body?

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

I've been working on mine today. I get no air noise in the cab at all from the pneumatic controller. Once the system is up to pressure, it goes to 5 blinking lights without even doing anything. I fear my pneumatic controller is caput. Is there a way to test one? I don't have a spare to try and...

    M923 5 ton questions

Military uses CARC which is hazmat level stuff. Behr has exact matches for color, holds up well, and can be touched up easily.

The mrap mirrors fit in the existing mirror arms on the m939 truck. Just remove the old mirror and bolt in the mrap mirror.

I'm definitely interested in color restoration tips. Mine is almost white in some spots.

Removing and installing a soft top on a m925a2 ?

Easiest way for me was to unhook all the little clasps on the sides of the top then slide the back up out of the vertical channels, then take the whole top to the side to get it out of the front channel. To repair you can take it to a place that has heavy duty sewing equipment and they can...

Fuel Filter Change Procedure... Please double check me?!

A2 has a different primer pump I believe. I just recently replaced the primer in my A2. $60 at just about any Cummins parts store. I don't believe they're repairable. I still have my old pump so I'll take a look.
