How much air is supposed to be able to pass through the filter? I pressed an air fitting up to it and tried to pump 60psi through it and barely got anything.
So, like many, my fan cutch actuator leaks air. Enough so that when I shut the truck off, it airs down pretty quickly. This leaking also seems to cause the fan to run more than it needs to. And so, today I embarked upon a journey to fix the problem (hopefully).

So I'm working on getting my CTIS working (Yes, I want it working. I'm not going g to remove it.) and I need to check the wheel filters. What's the best way to get the hose off and cap the wheel so I don't lose too much air? Would one of the metal caps from the wheel valve Schrader or backside...
I really want to do this, but I don't have welding equipment. ThoseMilitaryGuys has a nice fit in cage, but I need to scrape up $55 for that and more $ for a new filter. This is a pricey hobby. lol
Not a valid part #. It should start with 9262K. 9262K266 (Buna-N) is for a 3mm O-ring with 12mm ID. Is that the one? Or maybe 9263K126 (Viton® Fluoroelastomer)?
Ford has had the option of footwell lighting since before 2008. I really liked their take on it. My old 2009 F-150 had LED tubes and you could change the color and brightness. Very nice effect.
Nah, I still need to get troop seats and bows and such. What pisses me off is that I could get the seats, bows, uprights, AND cover for under $600 if I lived out east. We're in a military dead zone here.
