It's probably missing the A40 module which is the transmission module. When they demil them they remove the A40 module and they are extremely expensive if you can find them.

Speaking about 5 ton winches, does anybody have a good lead on some 5 ton winch parts. I need part of the left side winch housing which was cracked when I bought a truck.

I have quite a few NOS parts to include belts, filter kits, heaters, rifle mounting kits, wheel seals, ect. I also have quite a few spare parts like air compressors and engine parts.

LOL, all the more reason to not mess with a design that works. I'm really suprised at how that broke though. Thank goodness for spare parts.

The trim vane for the M113A3 is made of plywood with aluminum. How big is your mystery box? I have a 113 in the shop right now that I am servicing and I could tell you from your pic if it would fit or not.
