No GL is not Gov run. DMV controls vehicle transactions in VA and as such has jurisdiction. I was told possible fines, penalties and other legal measures. They are also violating VA tax laws and statutes. We'll see.

I've used uship 3 times with very good results. Big stuff (multiple custom made pallets) to large box shipments. Best thing I found was to describe the item in exacting detail, give a wide window on shipping times, and be willing to go pick up from a terminal in a larger city. Good luck!
