I know this was an old issue and I figure it's resolved but,
Right now I'm not able ti insert photos. I can upload them and they show as attachments but won't insert.
Do we have something going on, or is it at my end?
About that "bubbles in the coolant". With these rad's I have trouble seeing into the rad. Do you have to fill it up until it's full in the neck? And even then would the bubbles come out into the neck? Ive always had some issues w/ the fact that I cant see anything but what's in the neck.
When we measure dia, is that the dia of the thick part or where it hourglass's in?
And I've found that they're not all the same length. I saw one yesterday that was only 2" total length. It would not go deep enough into my plate to lock in. How much dif is there in length on mil and civy

I've heard a lot, and did a bunch of online searching, and I'm still not sure how to determine pin size and what a plate will handle. I hear about 2 3/4", 3", and even 2 1/4". Is this the length? What about dia?

kubotaman - the electrical panel won't do me any good it takes up a space that's 8"x22"x36". I'm mostly a DC power person (AC is often a days drive from where we are parking). Panels on the top, a good MPPT charge controller and fuse block inside. Not much space used compared to what's taken up...
It does :) and I'm hoping to use those mounting spots to be able to have a branch pushing bars running down the sides. as well as where the lifting legs attach. Kind of an all in one sort of unit.
