Most engines with no valve seals incorporated into the design use the clearance fit of the valve guide itself to keep the oil out. Sounds like the valve guides are worn and they are expanding when they warm up. You can see about having the guides knurled, or just have them replaced. Either way...
Wasting more money on it now? A drill bit slightly larger than the rivet shank makes removal a cinch. You think 32 rivets is bad... I have to de-rivet and re-rivet nearly the entire body of my mighty mite. Good thing I learned how to rivet in airframe and powerplant school.
Pull the rear driveshaft, leave the front shaft and jackshaft in. Run it up that way and if it still vibrates it is either in the transfer case or the jackshaft. If you have a sprag case you will need to pull the front shaft as well.

Ahhh. An unfortunate waste of funds. At least they looked nice all mounted up. I would probably take a hammer to them after all that work finding out they don't work.:hammer:
