Disassemble tha lunette fron the surge system.
Cut the ring off square in front of the pin.
Purchase an adjustable channel and lunette or ball mount
Have a professional welder weld the channel to the 1102 lunette mount leaving the most holes on the lower side.
Mount the new lunette or ball and tow.
Thinking of getting a 1102 but I sure like my 101A2.
I like the larger tub of the 1102 and the fact it is aluminum.

they drill a hole spray in Zbart and then tap in a plug.
Check at Zbart or the auto parts and look for christmastree fasteners.
The tub bolts under are easy to take off, Spray them with oil a few times before removal.
There are rear corner braces and two in fron of your wheels that have four bolts each.
And hidden bolt in the center of the front and rear of the tub.

No, The drum sits in the center lip.
It may be seized so spray some oil and give it a couple hits on the face with a hammer.
The shoes may hold it back too. There is an access plug on the back to turn the star wheel.
