    Gasket was the wrong size for the pump. I will call Tom at CSI Tuesday. Top of the pump still needs to be painted. Going to pull the tank once I burn all the fuel up.     If you want a wet look you can use tire shine on CARC and it will look like new. Looks like you had fun to much PCMS for me to take mine in water. Guess I am getting old.

    Changed the play on the brake pedal to 1 1/2". Also, gasket came in for tank pump. I pulled the pump out and will repaint/install tomorrow. Still have to fix the wiper motor, check the coolant, and grease the new boots.

    Some photo's Plans for tomorrow Fix wiper, replace gasket on fuel tank pump, pump grease into boots, and look for some else not working. Oh I noticed my brake pedal needs adjusting free play is 1/2 should be 1 1/2".

    Ok, got the other zippered boot on. It went well had my brother law helping. Best advice I have is to put the clamp on a little loose and slid the boot on. Then work the boot lip under the clamp with a flat head screw driver. After that played with the wiper. Cleaned the old one thought I had...

    Fuel was a little dirty but hose is new screen is secured. The fact that my tank has some rust means I am going to have to get it cleaned. After the 4th maybe. Next is to put a new zippered boot on. That's for tomorrow night. I'm cleaning up.

    Ok water jacket done Now fuel level sending unit. Update screw head bolts suck had to cut them off. I found Rust on upper half. I know the answer is to pull the tank but don't have the time yet.

    Thanks i did that already. I think I did not reassemble the wiper gear arm properly. Going to try again.

    Ok, looks like I am at a stoping point. Going to threads tomorrow to get the hardware. Taking a bolt from the water jacket, fuel pump cover, fuel sending unit cover, and wiper motor bolt. That way I can pull those items next for service/replacement.

    Other one is off, bolts look terrible on this back side. Got to stop and get new hardware. Think the last GI decided not to bother with the back hose. Also the front top hose look like it was about to leak. Glad I did this now.

    Jackets off bolts came out easy. Lucky me. Now I have to clean and prep for new gaskets. Good thing I have an onsite hose maker.... Man bought 1 3/4" blue hose and it's 1 1/2"!!!!. Found some I had in the back but it does not look cool. Any body know how much torque to tighten these things...
