It sounds fast... but I'm only doing 45mph at the end. Once you hit 4th gear, it takes a while, just barely got it in 5th on that drive.

Loud as HECK! Power wise, it has more power, but only after I turned the fuel up some. Injector pump was from a non-turbo engine. Think I could crank it some more, very little smoke right now. Going to wait till I have a pyro on it. Gasser engine would whip the multi at a stock fuel...

Still plugging away! Got all the air/fuel lines rerouted for the multifuel. What an adventure putting the engine in. I knew I was in trouble when the tractor struggled to pick up the gasser motor with transmission. Went to pick up the other parts motor to get the motor mounts off it, and...

It's too far for me. 2 hours in the wrong direction. Week earlier I was in Akron.:cry:

Kept the wood when I added dump to the deuce. Screwed it down.

I was bringing the bead breaker, but it's out of commission with bad seals in the pump. Lots of other parts were coming along for sale, but alas, I am spending all the time on the M108.

I didn't see any HS tractors, but they could be hiding somewhere. I'd give them a call Lane. Very few parts/parts trucks laying out, most of the parts are warehoused.

I'd gas axe them out of the yard truck. beg, borrow, rent, steal, or acquire a set and get'er done.

DO NOT install a pressure gauge on the injector line. That will dead head the pump, and something will blow. May be able to pull the injectors, and hook up the injector lines to see if they are spraying. Don't put any body parts in the way of the spray, good way to end up with a hole in ya...

FYI, I just checked the carb on the gasser M108 engine, and it also has the same governor. It is also not working.

No M715's left... Just a small pile of M37's. Lots of the small shelters, 318's, and maybe 250's, didn't get close enough to see.

Shoot me a PM, I may try to talk him out of 2 outriggers on the complete truck.

Was in Akron, and decided to stop by Sam winer's yard. It was almost closing time, and they let me wander the yard. 2-M108's. One complete, yellow. Body has some rust on it, and hitch modifications were done. Controls for the crane were stuck, looks like a hose seperated and let water in...

Cool! Be great to see it at Hapsin.

Will have plenty for group discount. Just need to call a couple days ahead. Still waiting on more info for the food idea.
