Hopefully your message is being heard. I have seen first hand members with parking brakes that don't work and transmissions left in gear. That why I always offer to help repair parking brakes. Good point given these truck could roll through a house.

Wish I could be there when they smog test it. That should be funny when you smoke them out of the building. Sounds like you got one of those people at the DMV that does not think and just reads the screen. Common sense and logic at any DMV is hard to come by.

On the secondary and finail filter yes. However, I found my primary filter was different and the military had installed a washable one.

I bought some plates from David Kloine. They were excellent quality. Still need to order more just have not had the time to call him again. Details I purchased in July and used Paypal. Got authorized fuel plate, start, on/off, winch control, and pto shift.

I am in georgia and have only had to use the heater once. It was 5 degrees out. Every other time truck starts fine. I think the key to cold starting is clean fuel filters, air filter, and cleaned connections. Of course batteries are the most important. I will never use ether to start my truck...

My Battery box has antiskid on it. You have a good point though. Seems like all the passengers use it has a step.
