M35A3 is the better truck. I know some would disagree. The CAT 3116 is a great engine. I have spoken at great length with the CAT sales Manager in Georgia Romey about this. The fact is most can not afford or justify the additional cost of the A3 up front. I would one one but 5-6K on a toy i can...

The best bang for the buck would be to add a stock deuce 10k winch and use a snatch block. Everything else is going to be complicated.

Kids, are great. My nephew abosolutely loves riding in the deuce. His mom took him to a fair in Canton and he asked if them had a Army truck he could ride in.

I would suggest a simple battery operated carbon dioxide alarm. I would like to get heat into the cargo area as well

Update, flushed the system again, adjusted the pedal, and replace the broken brake pedal spring. Pedal feels great. I am so happy knowing my brake system is perfect.:beer:

That's a hard decision. I would wait it out for now. Remember "out of sight out of mind" has always worked for me. Oh yeah and I pulled a neighbor out of the ditch last winter.

Truck looks to be in good shape. Congratulations sounds like a strong runner. If some of that CARC starts flaking buy some Rapco CARC Brown substitute to touch up. I saw a member with a whole box of those light bulbs. If the bulb is good in the turn signal this could mean your turn signal box...

Take some photo's when you remove them. I would like to do the same on my truck.
