Yes you will feel vacuum. The vacuum pump in the rear of the engine is making the vacuum. Now you need to set the vacuum modulator to allow the shifts to take place at the proper time. Yours is probably shifting to second immediately. Take it to a reliable transmission shop and have it properly...
You need to discover what type of starter you have a direct drive or a gear reduction 28MT starter. The hole it the block for the support bracket is a bolt not a stud. The stud should be on the starter. The block hole is metric M8 1.25 thread pitch. And the starter support stud id 1/4" x 20...
I will answer that. You can access the 2 top center bolts from below. I usually use a 3/4" deep socket and a long ratchet. It helps to have a helper push in on the carriage bolt to get it to stay in the slot. I just buy new 1/2" X 2" carriage bolts and call it a day. I buy serrated flange nuts...
Look on the other side of the engine. The rear nozzle has the one side plugged off. The picture I sent with the lines has the 2 small caps in the center bottom. That is what you are missing. Easy. Get the caps. Maybe GM dealer. Put the clamp on the cap and lube it a bit and push it on the return...
https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...dde2336d71.jpg The last picture you show the cap is missing on the return line. That will do it for sure. You need to get a set or a cap. Or make a cap. You need the PITA clamps also.
Then tighten the nut. 19MM flare nut wrench. But I think it is the body of the nozzle leaking or the return line cap. The nut looks dry in the pictures.
They are all the same radiators now. All made in Mexico and have the # 850 in the part number. All the ones I buy are warranted for life. I have several in snow plow trucks that get used hard and they hold up well. I would recommend replacing the mounting isolaters when you do the radiator...
Re torque is useless. If they are leaking they will be leaking no matter how tight you make them. Besides if you break the bolts you are up the creek. This was a perfect running engine. I removed it to rebuild the entire truck. It has 45K miles on it and I know who owned since it had 16K on it 20...
You are in luck. I had 2 transfer cases rebuilt in New York. They did a fantastic job. I sent the case out UPS and received it back in 1 week as good as new.

The mystery temp sensor goes on back of the right head. It gets plugged in and controls the hi cold start idle solenoid. Not sure about the red cable. I have a battery cable only on the back battery and 1 red wire from the back battery negative that runs to the small single power point over by...
The videos do not help me to look at things I am mentioning. It is NOT running perfect or you would not be asking for help. Help my trucks running perfect. Tell it to stop running so good. NOT the case. It has issues. We are here to help resolve that.
I ran the M1028 and the Mule M1009 most of the day doing storm clean up. Some of the trees on the property have fallen over from the ground being saturated with all the rain we had. I used both to haul brush and limbs. I just cut 5 loads each truck and called it a day. I had good help today and...
