Wow, Went from another "Use the search" thread straight to another "a2 VS a3" thread. Looks like EVERYONE has something that lights the fire.................. Just sayin............
OP, fwiw, My a2 on 395's will do 65-67mph. Wont hold it great on a grade but it will do it.
Not jumping into this, But 101, if you know alot of new-b's, Could you kindly ask them to come of with something new and interesting to read about on here? I am not gonna lie, I feel it has been very boring reading on here lately. Thanks.
My a2 has 46's on it and it fills it out nice. I have towed another m35 with it and it still had "good" power. I would think an a3 would have more power though.
I do agree, i has been covered a fair bit on here though.
Lock the wheels straight on a 13,000lb truck, Hook a 6k truck to it and try to turn in anything sharper than a city block. If you "tie" the wheel off its still gonna move a little.
Factory axles came with Timken bearings, which yes are sold at autozone. There is nothing special about the cucv dana 60 so any auto parts store can get you what you need.
P.S. a case spreader is nice but NOT necessary.
