and this shaft will need the yoke Greg quote, also will need new straps and bolts for that yoke
An A2 rear Differential yoke is not “12k”, An A2 diff is 2:73 and uses a 1330 u-joint, the “12k” you reference is a 1350 IIRC and is even larger U-joint required larger caps.
Water separator is opened while engine running....if the engine immediately dies, your lift pump is bad.
should fill a pickle jar in short order if working good.
you can remove the useless transducer on top of the fuel filter and add a pressure gauge.
the transducer is only used for the ste/ice...
most trucks don’t have winches in the military, only a fraction do.Perhaps your confused by the front plate? It’s actually referred to in the TM as “Bumper” not winch plate.

Tank pickup sock, pickup tubes etc...than the filter housing and filter.
Those check valves get clogged with algae and gum up the check valve, a quick cleaning and they are as a good as new, but you must treat the algae issue too. I’ve had several auctions trucks lately that require a complete fuel system rebuild.
New fuel tank is key in the last 3 I’ve done....
you still would not be able to add the OEM turbo, the milling process wasn’t completed for the oil feed in the block, and many times nor was the holes drilled for the turbo mounting. You would also have to figure out how you were going to install new exhaust manifolds And pipes.
don’t use a valve cover gasket...the factory does not, they will leak immediately, as you found out.
the torque listed in the TM is DTM “direct to metal”
That’s all incorrect on your wiring
The power for the Tach light comes from the power wire for the instrument cluster lights
The grounds goes to cluster gauge ground
The blower switch is the source for switched power
wired this way, the light only comes on if you turn on the dash lights.
