Like chris, im cheep too. here is a pump i made using an old power steering pump and a motor from a furnace. i modified the pressure relief valve so it would flow thicker fluids with less resistance on the motor. I have pumped literaly THOUSANDS of gallons of WMO with it and it is still working...

sounds like a sticking pintle to me, just replace the injector. if you just replace the nozzle you stand a very good chance of the "cracking" pressure being incorrect, This is not good for your engine. Your best bet is to get new nozzles and have them balanced as a set.

Oh yea , i forgot about you needing the pto, u will have to run the 205, Only the 241HD had the pto but that wont work for your app. Its not that the cooler ports are better its the lube system inside the trans (you tell the 2 apart by the cooler lines). One is a center lube, one is a side...
