Door seals are standard over the counter automotive push on seals. If you drained the coolant for the block heater it could be air bound but probably not if you have been driving and coolant circulating. Maybe you can tap the release pin to open the cab. Is it stuck or no hyd pressure to open?
They are putting reserves in the hope of driving up the bid. Im pretty sure the gov contract requires the items to be sold to the highest bidder at public auction. So at the end if they sell to the highest bidder technically they are still in line with the requirements. But they don't always do...
First think I would check is my coolant level. Most military trucks have an emergency shutoff for the heater core but I have not looked on mine so I cannot say for sure. Did you have heat before?
Not really. First variant manuals are available top of the forum and online. I haven't seen any A1 parts or troubleshooting TMs yet. Look at the first gen manual figure out the path to the power switch. Does the light switch have power? It's independent of the power switch. Have you made sure...
I found on my m1078 there are wires that over time appear to have been abandoned with different mods or upgrades installed. And there are some jumpers in places that are definetly not original. You may be able to use the first variant TMs for stuff like dash power wiring. First place I would...
The axle has to be vented somehow. Maybe the vents are clogged. Happens all the time on M939 trucks. Fluid will usually seep out of the hub ends I think its the path of least resistance.
If you look at the 2 rows of breakers the 12volt feeds are in line with the 12v tap and the 24v feeds in line with the 24v tap. You can go underneath and add a breaker to an unused location. I have the plastic tabs that hold the contacts in on the underside. Some of the 12v stuff is already...
I buy a decent amount of stuff I would be happier with a bit higher credit card limit for approved buyers. I was at like 5250 they took 5000 on the card (I get 1% cash back) and I had to go to the bank and wire 250 bucks. Other sales I did 13k on the card at once with multiple items each under...
If the pump works maybe you have a clogged line, switched line or bad check valve. Only way to fix that is follow the lines taking ends off one at a time checking for proper flow. I don't have any antenna mounts they were removed before auction on my trucks.
It's the right switch. I am parting out some LMTVs. If the air hyd isn't working right you can check the fluid level on the pump unit but it's usually bad pump shaft seal in the pump its rebuild able.
The trans ecu will prevent the truck from starting if everything is not in order. If you get no power to the dash switch you have fuse, relay or wiring issues. The trans ecu does not prevent dash power. Do you have the truck out of VA that was partially disassembled?
Check your rear wheel valves. They are on a stem coming out of the hub with a compression fitting and have a bad habit of slipping up creating an air leak, but still visually appear to be in place.
If the box isnt allowing current flow then its probably bad. I think its basically 2 big diodes to prevent a reverse polarity connection. I dont see why you couldnt put heavy duty breakers in its place. Maybe 150 amp. I cant see how anything in the cab will draw anywheres close to that. The...
