Personally i'd drain all that crap and fill with straight diesel. Put it back in later. I'm also guessing there is air somewhere. HH is another thing, install a known good one.
Another question is the 1561 for just the long block? Are accessories included? I've always thought they were 1700-1800 lbs. I KNOW they will bend a standard cherry picker up into a pretzel, just ask twright to see his old one.:doh:

Keep in mind also that it came out in 2003, prices are even higher. You might be able to get David Uhrig or John Bizal to give you an appraisal of its value too.
That should be an interesting insurance claim. I'd use the value as stated in David Doyles Standard Catalog of Military Vehicles (cause it's up there) and give whoever does the estimate Midwest Militarys number for the replacement parts, I know just that rear door is like $1500.
