Well if I'm reading the note from the L.O. right. it says 23qt's in the crankcase. 1 qt shy of 6 gallons. then you ad another 4 qts (1 gallon) for the oil filters. Thats 6.75 gallons. your still 1 qt shy. How long after shut down did you check the dip stick? Did you change the filters too? Are...

I'm also willing to bet that when the different state dept. recieve the trucks from the feds they are informed that they cannot export the trucks, or since they are Gov. also it is assumed that they are supposed to know...

Ive seen the type of guys that accesorize (sp?) trucks that way. I prefer to keep my distance. (usually just to keep from hurting their feelings in the end)

Not exactly. It depends on the state you live in and wether you intend to use it comercially or for private use. If you want to use it for a bussiness the yes you obviously need a cdl but for private use you do not. (in Kansas)
There are many members here (in this forum) in Tx and own both...
1. If its a govt. rule to drain all fluids then why is this happening at only a few sites and not all of them.
2. Why are they being listed as "starts and runs" if all the fluids are drained prior to GL getting this equipment?
