Not exactly. It depends on the state you live in and wether you intend to use it comercially or for private use. If you want to use it for a bussiness the yes you obviously need a cdl but for private use you do not. (in Kansas) There are many members here (in this forum) in Tx and own both...

1. If its a govt. rule to drain all fluids then why is this happening at only a few sites and not all of them. 2. Why are they being listed as "starts and runs" if all the fluids are drained prior to GL getting this equipment?

Where did you "purchase" them from? GL?
