Fill the tanks shut off the truck turn on power and run have someone in the cab press run flat or hwy and walk around the truck listening for leaks. I just did this today and was able to find a leaking wheel valve on a truck I just got in.
There is a over pressure valve on the side of the valve body. That can go bad and leak. There are o rings in the valve body that can leak out the side of the valve body. But if you already swapped out the controller and valve body with tested good ones then chances are that's not your issue. The...
If it goes to 5 flashing lights after the initial pressure check, chances are you have an air leak somewhere. Wheel valve o ring, hub seal something like that. It could also be not enough air feed to the valve body. Clean out the catch trap. Turn up the air governor to 135 psi.
How fast are you looking to go? My M923A2 can roll along smooth highway at 65. Thats plenty fast for me. Bumpy highway you will bounce around alot its harder to control.
I found a small automotive terminal crimper works well for the female connectors. A good snapon or like. Not the thin universal ones with screw cutters. The aero crimper is a must for the male ones.
Find a reputable tow yard/mechanic to recover and go thru it add fluids make sure all is safe. You can then go pick it up from them. I believe there are some members in that area that have threads here.

It is adjustable via a computer program. Which is available for download online. If you could only find the Y cable that plugs in between the harness and controller you would be all set. This cabłe was only sold in combination with a controller upgrade package.
Do you have the ether bottle installed? It goes by the wiper fluid reservoir. You have to press the cold start button then crank. It's nice to have in case you need it but moderation is key with ether. Too much can do damage.
