    Tacom Half-shafts

Uhhh, yea...not sure I’m understanding, 99.9% of owners are running OEM shafts, not China knockoffs.

    Loud Noise

Just drain, refill and bleed them out...it’s a simple process. 99% of the time, someone added DOT3/4 to the existing DOT 5....they don’t mix.

New guy with some serious vibes

Don’t even attempt to TS your problem with those Bias ply’s on there...especially if it’s cold outside. Find some take off MT’s....the Bias-plys are great for off highway.

    Mounting options?

I have no issue drilling holes to install MWO’s and military issue mods. Other then that, I hate to drill holes in the body. one example I don’t like is the offset antenna mounts....it’s a personal thing.

    Regarding export a humvee

Owens export has exported hundreds if not thousands of hmmwv’s to the EU, I’ve personally sold 3 in the last year. You need to check with Steven Kopito at Owen export to see if he has done any to Spain. what I do know is they need nothing more then an SF97 to Germany...BOS will not suffice. The...

    relay cycling on and off

This is called “after glow” it’s an emissions thing....this annoying feature is gone in the newest S3 box...well, not gone per say, just done in a different manner then the 2mins of Zapping the GP’s with 24 volts.

    Loud Noise

While I see some things that I have questions on the bill for...it’s not out of line for the work they did. Why was the pump replaced? Assuming it ran fine? Its shows a rebuilt pump, but has a charge for an advance piston...that’s already in the pump and fixed during rebuild. that fluid leak is...

Has anyone installed a remote start system in their HMMWV?

It’s not that easy, when cold, it will have to wait or know when to wait 9 seconds for glow plugs to cycle. gas motors don’t have to wait.

Where can I steal oil flow and pressure from on a 6.2 block?

you will not,be satisfied with anything you do to a 6.2, just going with an optimizer 65 is a huge advantage, let alone a 65 turbo that will set you free....

Where can I steal oil flow and pressure from on a 6.2 block?

Why not just install a turbo engine...? You will be glad you did in time and money spent.

M1025A2's who bought one of the 8

It’s going to be aloooong time before they sell these trucks in the manner and prices they are asking.

    M1045A2 with seized engine...

The body still has to be cut for the turbo and exhaust clearance...

    M1045A2 with seized engine...

Nightmares? It’s just a motor, and an OEM motor at that. I’m a firm believer in mechanics and drive ability of the truck before fluff, that’s the same I tell my customers, the truck is useless if it’s not reliable.

    M1045A2 with seized engine...

Why bother...drop a turbo motor in, it’s just a motor swap, everything else is done.

    2004 M1123 6.5L - Serpentine Belt

i figure if the OP wants it fixed, he can post some pics of the setup he has....from my experience with shredding belts on a serp truck with Red dot AC, it’s been alignment issues....

    2004 M1123 6.5L - Serpentine Belt

The SN range makes it a Cast serp system....thus you can only use pancake compressor. The cast serp setup already allows for the addition or subtraction of a compressor via the delete pulley that goes on AC bracket. And the OP makes no statement of AC in the truck....

    2004 M1123 6.5L - Serpentine Belt

Well, then I’m wrong...the TM is wrong. But that’s not the case....check the TM, your SN is above 196xxx https://www.hummerpartsguy.com/search.asp?keyword=20-9646&search=

    2004 M1123 6.5L - Serpentine Belt

There are 2 lengths, it’s based on your serial number range....or basically what version of serp setup you have. but I can tell you there is no 126in....it’s 98 or 114in.
