Yes, and no, depending how many hours you are willing to invest.....LOL
I got the cheap-chin aftermarket WS assys and it took me a whole weekend to get them working properly AND sealing! That included complete disassembly, cutting/ rewelding/ reinforcing the frame, sandblast, paint...
Not clear... do you mean centering the wheel (radially) relative to the hub, or do you refer to track width, front-rear, with rear hubs flipped or not???

.... and I think this has been asked before, maybe a hundred times already?

Yes, GOOD luck!
Depending where they come from (Newstar?) it can happen that they won't close at all no matter what tricks you try out (heated the rubber seal all around, lubed with silicon grease, etc) And if you finally managed to get it latched - come back next morning and check if glass is...
Just realized that was seven years ago! Good threat, something for the History Channel...:-)

If that shaft really snapped, inside or just rearward of the bearing the brake drum would be dragging against the E-brake shoes and not spin freely.
On the other hand I've never seen a companion flange split open or its splines ripped off.
Most probably the shaft's splined end would twist...
There is no pin... The large (33T) gear is firmly pressed onto the shaft and takes a woodruf key. If that key had sheared and the gear really was spinning on the shaft there would be no traction to the front either.

.... but still turns the front... and you did drive it home and there were no abnormal noises coming from the TC...? Ummm, thats hard to believe.
What exactly did you do to determine its the TC?
Did you already disconnect the propeller shaft at the rear output? Does it spin free while in gear...
Same here..... filled till it starts overflowing out of the inspection hole!
Whatever we call that "seal".... it sure works: once, in a completely different application I wanted to run a tranny backwards, that is spinning the input shaft CCW at 1400rpm.... almost instantly I had a small stream...
Originally that small fitting connects to a smaller diameter return line, to the reservoir. I think it acts just an emergency line. In case the pump was "making" air or relieving very hot oil it would help to direct fluid directly back into the reservoir. It could very well be plugged since...
Let me say this:
YES, half a century ago when these transmissions were factory assembled or rebuilt, using all NEW parts, they sure used the correct thickness paper gaskets and it works well (for some time)....
YES, you can replace that gasket with any modern gasket maker but then the...
YES for using the reinforcement plate as template. Just keep in mind that some of the existing bolt holes in the frame are used either as is or enlarged so I would start there. All others can be drilled progressively by bolting/ drilling plate and frame together.
If you decided to mount the box...
Yes, chipped ball bearing cage & safety wire at least plus one of the three set crews came off. By pulling just the front output section you will be able to know where its missing and if only that section or better the whole TC needs repair.

Tried my best, Tom: just found out how to convert the drawings into PDF files, using NITRO PDF READER... Still guessing how one should proceed to enlarge it to reach real size??? Please explain the trick.:???:
Not sure if I would trust a sheet of paper to transport critical dimensions onto the...
Yes most prob. the OP has the P-137-C T-case PTO.
I think it uses a multiple V-belt pulley directly mounted to the output shaft, to drive a generator.
(Trying to find pics...)
