Let's be clear here....nothing from a 6.2 or 6.5NA will work on a 6.5 turbo motor in respects to the intake or exhaust manifolds. The head angles are totally different and the components are mfd'd to accommodate these changes.

Ive got an Am gen factory ctis manual...still need never seen ctis in any standard issue truck.
not sure why they have CTIS equipped hubs on all the new trucks.
The Civilian MM winch plates holes are in a different location then the military MM winch plate.
been there, done that....i had a really nice MM winch plate with metal instruction plate riveted on another in the NOS box that had no instruction plate....I decided to use the one with the plate...
Also you say mechanical pump? You mean the fuel pump? If so...easy to replace and available locally. They leak all the time at the diaphragm. The fuel pumps are like 35.00 or so...
my other post was about the injector pump.
The pump needs to come out regardless to repair. I use diamond diesel, they are standadyne distributor and charge the same price for a rebuild as they do for a rebuilt pump.
Ctis capable spindles weren't standard till much later...it was as far as I know, not standard on any Hmmwv I've ever seen, just the H1's. Doesn't mean they aren't out there...but never in 25yrs around Hmmwv's both in the military and civ have I seen one. I also see nothing in the TM's.
And a simple google search "hmmwv 242 transfer case mwo" turned this up.

thats the late style Tcase, so you will need the new rear drive shaft that has the larger spline count, you will need a new rear diff yoke for the larger U-joints on that shaft. You will need a new Mid-shaft, you don't need a front drive shaft.
you will need new Straps and bolts for tcase...
The factory battery splash shield is garbage, fabricate something else if you use the H1 battery tray.
Frankly, I like were the batteries are, working on the H1, the batteries are always in the way.
If you look in the TM, I do believe the aceptable dimensions are in there and tell you how and where to measure.
sagging could also be worn A-arm bushing...when I'm done doing a ground up build, my trucks sit really high.
