There are 3 Different O-Rings ....
One for the 8-Bolt Rim...Black
One for the A1 12 Bolt 2 piece Rim...Black
Once for the A2 12 Bolt 2 Piece Rim...This O-Ring is Red in Color and much Thinner then
the First 2 Listed.
And Possibly a 4th for the Newer 24 Bolt Rim, I have not seen these yet....
I have CTIS on my 98, I have no issues with it, You just need to know how it works and where the leaks come from. The Spindle seals inside the Hub can be an issue, The CTIS connection at the quick discnnect is the most problem area, I loose 1-2 PSI per week in the Rear Tires, That is due in part...

My 98 Hummer wagon is no different then either of my HMMWV's as far as Federal standards are concerned...AT least in my opionion. The 98 has a Ford Escort steering column, No Anti-lock or ABS brakes, That came in 99 with TT4.

I was only concerned with the "Hydro-Locking of the motor....I have no issue with the driver course. I was also in Armor, M-1's, M113 etc....I know all about running stuff over...But I know some Moron who also Swamped an M88 as well and that M88 had to be completly gutted.

The Dash is stock, I did add radios, 24v to 12v converter and Overhead Cockpit lights I pulled out of a crashed UH1H Helicopter. The Paint is CARC, I decided to go full Green, If in the future I want to go back to 3 color CARC I have the base color.
IMHO you should buy an H1, Approx 98-99 year, Soft top, Strip it and convert it to a Mill Truck, You will already have the AC and many other Mods, I would do a 98. I know Juan in L.A. Does this....I say a soft top cuz you don't need to remove the old top. Austin on E-Bay did a real nice Job on...
You will have no problem finding a nice H1 for the money you have in your budget. I own a 98 Turbo Diesel, Have for 10yrs. I Owned a 95 with 6.5 NA motor..Non-Turbo. I own 2 HMMWV's as well...Owned many others.
I work on H1's weekly for friends and they do require alot of up keep....I cannot...
If you pull out one glow plug, install it into the connector, run an alligator clip to the threads and the other end to ground, turn the key to wait. That glow plugs tip should turn either bright orange or get hot as hell. if not and you have replaced everything else, I would still replace those...

It sounds like your Glow plug controller is toast...But it gets worse...It also most likely took out your glow plugs. This is what I would do......Replace your PCB "Blackbox" with a KDS yellow label EESS, Replace the Glow plug controller "GPC" in the water cross over tube with the "Yellow...

I make M249 Mounts for Airsoft Weapons if that is what you are looking for.
The Mount fits the standard US Small Pintle and then used in conjunction wiht the
UPA that is used on teh Slantback Turret and any other large US Pintle.
I have available with Ammo can side mount and Without.
I have designed an M249 Mount for the Airsoft m249, My Mount Allows for the fitting of the Gun with the 200 rd Assault pack installed.
My earlier mount did not have this as you recall.
