Carburetor flooding sounds like. Float needle gets stuck open with trash in the fuel line. Mine used to do that until I rebuilt the fuel system end to end.
Runs like a swiss watch. Thanks for posting. So deactivating the rear rear axle didn't help at all. As long as you have matched tires, that would be my guess.
The only thing maintenance wise that will kill you on APCs is the rear door. Disconnect the lines from the hydraulic cylinder, unlatch the door while standing under it and you will meet your maker.
