A phase converter to handle two A/C units totalling 72,000 btus will be pricy. That is 6 tons. Looking at 20 run amps each. The 3 phase A/Cs cannot be economically changed to 1 ph.
TSC is something radio/radar related. Might be a special accessory transporter for that set. The CD decal means a local civil defense unit drew the trailer for local use.
Welcome from one state over. Good luck with your compressor. I was running a gas 125 Sullair and got tired of the poor fuel efficiency, and upgraded to a Sullair 185 with Cat power. Watch out for back strain when potting up with 100 lb sacks! I messed up my back real good heaving those...

Could that be the retrofit kit to put A/C in Freightliner M915A2/A3 etc. For sure not HMMWV or AM General M915A1. Not for MTVR. Not for FMTV. Without NSNs and P/Ns it is hard to tell.
Do you have the auto-refresh pressed? When the auction gets down to the last minutes, I refresh a lot. Of course if someone bumps you, the auction is extended, so you can convince yourself to blow your budget on more crap you don't need.
