I am hearing from folks that have used the FMTVs for flood rescue work that the axles are not getting water intrusion like we see with the old gen deuces and 5 tons.
I used about a shot glass full of Marvel oil in mine. If the main oil looks clean I would not change it. Search "Cat 7155" on here for others experiences with this issue.

Any time a 7155 is unresponsive in a gear, that is an indication that the dozens of plungers in the control body are sticking. Start by adding air tool oil to the line feeding the transmission over by the muffler, and hope that fixes it. An airline lubricator is next, there are several posts...
Wow! Are the sides individual plates welded together or did you have large sheets bent on a press brake? Looks bent in the pics. Another picture deal will come along, just need to get the word out. Maybe the next Divergent movie.
