    Where to find a M923?

Like most things in life, you usually get what you pay for. Pay a higher price for a fresh rebuild truck and not have a lot, if any issues with it. Pay a much lower price and have to chase problems and replace parts and not have any fun. All all depends on wallet

    Where to find a M923?

Keep an eye on the classifieds section on this site. Ebay always has several, but those tend to be higher $$$ Govplanet.com will have rough ones then cycle through and have some really nice ones that had rebuilds done. A mixture of both usually Just keep watching. Good luck

    5 TON Wind Block

Had 60-75+ Straight line winds along with hail and tornadoes and super cells. Some reported 95+ wind gust. Welcome to Oklahoma in the spring. Used the M925A2 as a wind block to protect my travel trailer. Then used the other ones to protect other buildings from the winds. It worked like a...

    Possible glow plug problem

The post wasn't for the troubleshooting, but for the basics. If you know what is what and it does this and that. Then when you post about an issue, you know what to look for/at when someone says to check a part, etc. Glad you have fixed that particular issue.

Need new dashpad. Which brand has held up best?

How has yours held up? I'm looking for a brand that will last a number of years. I know the cheaper ones do not.

Need new dashpad. Which brand has held up best?

The original is a something bronze color I believe. Can't remember the factory name at the moment. A very recent thread discussed it. The dash in mine is gray so it's been replaced at some point with a oem GM one. It did not hold up well.

Need new dashpad. Which brand has held up best?

Unless I find that website it looks like that's what I will have to do. Don't really care anyway. I think your oem one, if it fits, would be way more than $400. Im not doing a restoration, just want a dash that's not cracked and will last. I hate doing things twice for twice the price.

Need new dashpad. Which brand has held up best?

I would like one as close to OEM as possible. I remember a couple of old threads that mentioned such an animal and was about $400. Threads said the fit was almost perfect and built like OEM but.......I can't find it now and can't remember the website to order one. I can find cheaper ones...
