Had the DD dealer work the DDEC 11 back to correct specs. 400 hp. 2100rpm, tires 24.5 tires and left the speed open. With the 24.5 tires she does 60mph at 2100rpm. Thought we did not talk about fuel mileage and we most certain don't talk about the ride with a Hendrickson suspension.

Myself I would switch away from the Timken ball type axle and go to the newer style u joint.

Rear winch is to slow for me. If the tree decides to fall to a side when using the winch you can not speed it up. The truck in low second will pull faster and the tree will follow the path of the pull line better.

I would use the truck not the winch.
