2 piece hose is not the usual set up. You can probably plug the "red canister" hose and go with the correct hose, or cut a section out of the new hose for the tee for the smaller hose.

Y'all don't forget the 915/916/920's alternator can only produce like 10 amps to charge the second set of batteries. Not enough for the HMMWV A/C. Jim, how did you work around this? Trucks looking better every day!

Somewhere at one of the AF bases in SA is some kind of bone yard where ancient stuff like this is just sitting. My M915A1 came from there and it looks like it sat unsused since the mid 80's. I would be curious where this yard is. This MUTT looks like a A1 from the late 1960s.

That is the problem with this type of install. Now the lifting/tiedown shackle box tubing is no longer attached to the frame because they cut it off.

That 4" shackle is not available that I am aware of. If your spring is resting on the frame with the smaller shackle, you are due for a re-arch.

I let them move around. No issue for me.

Chevy will tip the scales right under 10,000. Now's the time to use your double chain towbar adapters on the front bumper if you plan to flat tow. Better check for oil in the diffs and transfer. Good luck!
