The closes NAPA could come was P/N 20457 wheel seal from a KIA, it is installed and works so far. Talked with Retired motor pool super who works at Sears, he thinks is was a depot mod. Still have old seal will try to get it matched at Chevy dealer.
Thanks for your help Al
Thanks for the try
Thanks for the try but measurements on the seal to yoke do not match. NAPA has picked up parts and is trying to match. Will post P/N if they find one.
Thanks
My M-1009 is on the rack with rear pinon seal out, new seal P/N 2043 crossed from 19273 from TM 34p fig 112 GM 1243465 is too small inside dia. Need good number see attached PIC's Yoke seem to have a sleeve on it.
The charger says 24V-PRU pulse charger. It in the garage just to be worked on, I do notice the control box LED will flash every so often. Thanks for all the help, will unhook charger wile working on it.
Working on a 701A, keep battery's unhooked when not in use. But the battery's keep discharging. Can the solar charger draw the battery's down when not in the sun light? Gen set is in the garage.
Thanks
Just a WAG but check your wiring on your elec fuel pump. I had one wired per instructions and was sucking instead of pushing, reserved wires works fine now. YMWV
So since I bought my truck I have a had a small problem. When I turned on the lights or heater there would be slight glow from the GEN 1 light. So after doing some reading I ran through the test procedures to check the alternators. One plug fell a part when removed, so I spliced in a new plug...

Mine is an H81
My heater is a H81 model heater, had 1 hour on it when picked up. The heater does not have any external controls or themastat. The temp is preset. See attached pic, it runs great.
The snorkel is for a Toyota fj80, as he said you will need to heat at the bend for a perfect fit to the 09. If you fill with sand the bend will not collapse when heated and bent.
