You definitely have a fuel filter that is not original. The aftermarket ones usually have a petcock on the bottom to drain water. You can always change the filter to be safe, but loosen the lines at the injectors and see if you are getting fuel to them. You may need to bleed the lines. Air in...

I did the exhaust on my 1028 in June using parts from Rock Auto. The exhaust was made by Walker. Everything fit perfect. I think I paid right around $400 for everything. They were running a special at the time and got a $50 visa gift card as a rebate from Walker.

Try Loosening the fuel line fitting at each injector. Crank the motor till you get fuel bleeding at each injector and then snug them up and try starting. This will help bleed air from the system.

If all else fails put an electric fuel pump on it. I had troubles with the mechanical pump on my M1009 & M1028. Never had another issue after putting the electric ones on. Easier to bleed the system too.

There isn't a whole lot of room between the wheel well and tailgate on the 1009. Make sure you measure that distance and make sure it will fit in there. I have a 60" one of those in my 1028 and it would not fit between the wheel well and tailgate. I had to put the deep end towards the cab. It...

I've read a lot of horror stories about the Gov Lock, but never had any issues with the one in my M1009. It could be that the people having trouble are wheeling the heck out of them. Unless you have money to burn I would put the gov lock in since you already have it.

I have the BFG KM2 mud terrains on my M1009 & M1028 and I have nothing but praise for them.

For anyone interested in pricing one. Get a price from a local dealer like a Speed & Performance shop. Mine was a few hundred less going this route verses buying direct from Gear Vendors even after paying sales tax. Installation is very easy also.
