it is very improtant to clean all sealing surfaces with alcohol prior to assembly... if there is any oil residue it will not seal... i had a similar leak on the rear... my oil prssure sending unit was leaking down the back of the engine.... if yyou get it sealed good you should and will almost...

does the light go off before you start it? or are you starting it with the light on?

your standard automotive fuel line will work fine. this is low pressure fuel at this point... under 10 psi.

if you have to take it you will have coolant and likely lots of rust and crap.... makes a good time to flush out the block

all parts needed you can get off rockauto.com.... i took the part numbers from the TM and looked for them on there and they pop up most of them are good AC Delco numbers
