I drained my coolant today and only recovered 1 and a 1/4 buckets of coolant which is allot less than the 47 quarts that it stated. The antifreeze looked reasonably clean as well as there was not any sludge built up when I opened the drain on the radiator. I would really appreciate any feedback...
I hope this is the correct place for this question, I have an opportunity to purchase an m104 trailer. Is the M104 trailer a good match to pull behind my m923a2 is from the Canadian forces and is in perfect shape it's the one made by manac. Is the plug in from the trailer to the truck wired to...
I finally installed a anti-freeze filter on my M923A2, it was allot of fun and first time I tested it no leaks. I thought a picture would bring it to life, as well as any helpful hints or concerns are always appreciated.
It makes me feel allot better, :clinto:
My latest problem was after thinking I had given the unit a good once over I hit the washer button and fluid proceeded to spray and bubble out through what appears to be the plastic circular screen on top. I don't see these as complicated but obviously I'm doing something wrong but I know I'm...
My Windshield washer reservoir has totally messed up on me I have tried several times to fix it and with no luck. So I am asking my awesome American neighbors to the south if I would be able to wire a 12 volt pump and forget the air driven one. The final straw was when I received a quote of...
Well after a quick look I discovered that in fact the labels were there underneath so just goes to show I should have done my home work. Thank you for leading me by the hand
:grd:
If those labels are embedded in my dash as I will find out today ........wow im going to feel like an idiot. Thank you very much for posting your photo and the previous comment as well mentioning that. Just goes to show that you learn something everyday thank you all. Canada is still your loyal...
I did my best to try and find this topic, so I apologize if this has been covered somewhere. I have relied on you folks for many solutions to working on my truck so here it goes. My dash lights and gauges are terrible and I have seen alternatives but I have no idea how or where to start. I have...
I added some landing lights to the front of my truck, now I figured everyone has seen lights installed but I thought the location of the switch as well as a near duplicate of the switch kinda worked out nicely. Tell me what you think
I purchased the switch at my local NAPA
Here is one picture just to show I haven't altered the originality of the truck other than just adding the landing lights on the front, I was very lucky the folks at Fort Drum gave me 7 brand new tires and wow very very kind. The second picture looks crowded but the boat slides out easy then the...
the m923a2 is a cargo carrier with a box on the back that is 14 feet long and a width just over 7 feet with bows and a cover. So the entire interior I built to essentially give me a good bunk and bathing area with plenty of storage. The bunk area is insulated with a headliner. The door separates...
I hope that I'm not breaking any rules here but it was suggested by some that I should give this its own post so here it goes. I purchased my M923A2 from Fort Drum approx, 4 years ago. Never before have I enjoyed something so much as maintaining and driving and feeling like I own a little bit of...
thank you I am always worried about making a mistake but I think with all the upgrades I want to do I agree that its own thread would be easier to track. Thank you very much for the feedback
I built heavy duty stairs as part of my camping\Boating project for the beast. If your interested I will keep you posted. Next up living area in the back, Paint boat, and a few other surprises. All will fit in the back
