    Changed the oil and installed spin on adapters. Put the cab cover on. Regisered and insured it Geased all the fittings Drove it about 400 miles here there and everywhere( Including the beach.) And now,,,, Sounds like I have the beginnings of a rod knock,,,,:cry...

    OK no problem, No lets see if I can get the pics to upload. Total install time was about an hour. I can't help but think that it'll go quicker with a ready made kit.

    Let me get home and I'll give you a part number that works for a switch, I'll see if I can get pics of my plumbing job too. I put in my own air switch upgrade over the Easter weekend and I think the total cost was just under $30.00 with all parts available locally.

    Temp. gauge pinned at 240

    I hqad the same problem a couple of days ago, Just a bad ground although I am replacing the eletric gauge with a mecanical temp gauge. Little disturbing to look down and see the temp gauge pegged out,,,,:shock:
