Thats prob the same filter as the spin on one. The numbers dont cross over but there the same physical size and thread. Un sure if the micron are different.
If i remember right the filter would need to have a male thread to replace the cartrage filter
I wouldnt bother with it. The original filters should last many many hours and the cartrage filters are easy to change with some practice.

What was the outside air temp? These things wont heat up when its cold. If it real cold -5* mine would only get to 130*.
Did you feel the hoses? Temp difference?

I set mine to 0 when off and when its been running for a bit about 5a or a little above the 0 mark is normal.
That flat slot in the gauge face is the adjustment.
I would bet your running low on the fuel supplied to the injectors. Are the fuel filters new? Does the pump put out the pressure and gpm the manual states?
You can just slide them down a tilted trailer. I have moved one around on a wood deck trailer alone. Steel it would slide easier. There prety robust units and once on the ground can be pulled around by the D rings.
You may find that DB wire and digging a trench to be cheaper than soow wire. No rolling it up and storing it also. That also means it can be hardwired and someone not knowing to much can go and use the generator if your not around.

I have delt with these companys before. There prices are out of this world high for me and you. We are talking $400 for a single power output lug.
