Post some pictures of your batteries and hookup. Did you follow the diagram under the seat bottom? In my cases of low voltage batteries, I've always been able to recover and reuse them with slow, low amp charging. Installing fresh batteries shouldn't fry anything if installed properly.
Thinking about it. I got a good deal on a winch, pto and valve. The controls I have are for an A1 though. If I can come up with all of the correct pieces, I will.
I have read on here that there is a difference between the A0/A1 and A2 winch controls. Can someone tell me or show me the difference? I bought one and don't know if mine is for an A2 which is what I need.
I was messing around with the 1079 today trying to learn some new things and decided to see what kind of shape the air filter was in. I started pulling it out and it kept coming, and coming and coming. Good grief what a filter! Thank God it was new.
The dump valve that you are referring to controls both front tires; it is common to both front tires. If only your left front is going flat, you have an issue with a wheel valve on that tire or a leaking o ring/turret valve. It's not the dump valve. It will dump pressure from the lines as the...

I am having the exact same issue. My CTIS has always worked flawlessly. Yesterday I aired up the truck with shop air thru the front gladhand. It hit 120, checked pressure and aired up a normally slightly low tire just like it always had in the past. I decided to air down to SAND then back up...
Where is it leaking? Why not just swap the cooling jacket and/or unloader head and leave the compressor body in place? I just did that on mine after; 1) replacing just the upper gasket under the aluminum unloader head; 2) replacing the unloader head with another used assembly; 3) this time I...
How about this for details: A 5 ton like a boomerang; I throw it away and comes right back at me, a John Deere tractor with 4 x 6"s as a transmission jack, an air compressor that REFUSES to run without oil in the crankcase(?) and 2 amateur transmission guys that couldn't get a 16mm socket to fit...
I ordered a new pulley off of Ebay and it was an India manufactured one also. It only had one keyway though. On my original pulley, someone had assembled it wrong and cross threaded the nut on the shaft. I cleaned up the threads and assembled it correctly without any issues. Can you post some...
