The reason I said that was because of the way boss mounts are. They mount inthe inside of the frame where there is extra support the the civi"s do not have. So you would prob have toremove that plate for the bracket to sit flush. Hense why I said little different.
I was looking into getting one for my truck. I think there might be a problem with our frames they are a little different than civi ones? But would be a easy fix to get it to work. BTW I love boss plows.
Possible glow plug sensor? When it was working correctly how long was the relay staying on for? should be about 10 seconds. Also many of us have had are cards burnt. Now you can get brand new ones for $70. Contact 1stsarge or antennaclimber. Only use a push button in emergencies. fix it like it...
How will a 6.2 Diesel act with a 3 bolt Torque converter. I was removing my broken starter and saw that someone used a gas job one. I really don't feel like dropping the tranny out to change it to the correct one.
Hooked up batteries on my new to me M1028. I cranked the truck and the starter was hanging up like it had a bad relay. no problem Disconnect the battery and relay. Hooked them both up and was getting smoke at the drivers side ALT and the Terminal above the GPR. No problem Disconnect them and...
I had to pinch the prongs so it would grip the fuse tighter. that worked for a couple of weeks then started to do it again. I got a soldering iron and built the fuse up with solder and have not had a problem since
