So, now after being bored this evening I’m starting to question some info about my truck.
Let’s start here…
I purchased/ was sold a 1969 Kaiser Jeep m35a2
Now according to the data plate it may appear to be a 1971.
The number stamped in my frame matches the data plate. Which I assume is the...
Im sure you could find it cheaper, but for $12’ish bucks to my door I couldn’t complain.

Yes. I purchased a 24v to 12v (10amp) voltage regulator. I use it for the fuel pump, and also my boost and pyro gauge lights. Ill probably move the pump to its own regulator, then add some charging ports for phones/etc to the other.
I ended up changing to a Carter 4600hd. Almost the same specs but 12v. I chose the 4600 over the 4603 because of the slightly larger inlet/outlet. 3/8 vs 1/4”.

Thanks!
What’s the consensus on placement of the axle when bobbing a deuce? Meaning…
1. Use a plumb bob to mark the “middle” axles placement. Do the work, and place axle back in the same location to reuse the driveshaft.
2. Or, I’ve read a few instances where guys have moved the axle back 5”. Mark...
It is a “Frick” brand oil, out of large industrial refrigerant compressors. I would need to get more info from a friend regarding the exact oil. All I was told is that their shop oil heater won’t/can’t burn it. I don’t have much detail as to why. We didn’t really chat about it other than it’s...
