CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

@Plasa read in the m1078_TM 9-2320-365-20-2 page 2-1856 and on as I mentioned before the TM hints to a air leak. http://www.emilitarymanuals.com/pdf/M1078/TM9-2320-365-20-2.pdf In my 1089 5 ton MTV I had the problem of the truck not being able to hold the tire pressure, as a result it would...

Steel Soldiers 20th Anniversary Logo contest VOTE THREAD

I like 4 and 5 best, but on #4 I think that steelsoldiers.com should be below the anniversary logo not above. So I voted for 5

That person probably never drove a truck of that size. If I hadn't been on the street with gearing on low and shifted in 1st gear, then i eouldnt even have tried. I think a deuce, or a MTV would be much better equipped for this. But luckily it worked out and nothing broke

I dont think i can agree to the statement of an LMTV being a "pulling machine" there are certainly better driveline configurations that work far better for this task. An lmtv's classic mission is to carry light to medium loads.

    New GMTK-5 Kipper tool box

Update: I bought the broken tool on ebay for $21 incl shipping. The box costs new over $3k I can't believe what dicks they are. I guess they have been too cozy ripping off our DoD and charge them for everything they replace. So no Kipper tools for me anymore, not even for free. And I hope you...

The dome makes contact when its been depressed and closes the circuit. You solder the switch inbetween the two contacts. I have a spae ctis unit and have a go with installing some tactile switches. Maybe ill disect a transmission keypad too and see what i can come up with. Update: it looks like...

I've uploaded many pictures before, but suddenly, when I pick the files, press load there is the usual spinning circle and then nothing. Obviously a glitch on the site, but still annoying

    New GMTK-5 Kipper tool box

Don't bother buying a new gmtk-5 kipper tool box for thousands of dollars. They say there is a unlimited warranty on their tools, but if something breaks , they will give you the run around and nasty emails. SMH Learned my lesson there.

My LMTV to the rescue. The new neighbors got their moving truck stuck on the downhill slope. They called a tow company they couldn't do anything with their truck. But they had chains with them. (first I pulled the truck back and out away from the slope) (when they tried to drove out , the...

Yes , she's an lmtv. I wonder how they fail. I mean the construction seems simple. Unless the tube would leak or the donut brrak and fall off. I dont see how it would break.
