Take a look at TM 9-2320-361-34P, Figure 318. Cab Reinforcement Kit. It shows a small plate on the passenger side at the top. It appears to be a kind of hood latch mount. I have never seen one for real.

V V A 920 got the deuce cab tops in today from Ft. Sill. They are the expensive padded camo, latest stuff, with the velcro fasteners for the top bows. My son got his first thing today. They will post pics of the top and install later, I believe. These are super nice.:-D

The bell housing plug is in the lower hole. It is kept there unless you are fording in deep water. If you are fording deep water, you remove the plug from the lower hole, it does not go all the way through as does the top hole, and plug the top hole. Simple.

My experience is that when they simply suddenly fail, the MC is most likely the culprit. It does not show any signs of wheel cylinder failure. I am going to have to look it over, but it will have to stop raining, if ever.

OK, I have a friend with a M35a2c, Air Force model, whose brakes suddenly quit. Normally, I would call it a master cylinder failure most likely. But, with these having dual master cylinders, 1) is that still a probable cause and 2) where can I find a rebuild kit or a new master cylinder?
